Things I've learn for being Digital Marketing Trainer

I've been A Digital Marketing trainer working with different lines of business, including smalls to medium-sized companies, Large agencies. During my experience, here are six things I learn from my classes.
Being a Digital Marketing Trainer within the tech industry has been one of my favorite tasks. I learned much by teaching others how to strategize, read data and offer consultation to clients. Here are crucial elements of takeaway notes I learn from my experience task far in the viral teaching sector.

Student's learning styles are all different
ZOOM Camera OFF not an issue: I learn not to put pressure on my students. Instead, I build trust with them. I explain my expectation from them at the start. Learning new material is our main object.
Speak Up: Make sure that you allow your students to speak up regarding anything concerning classroom materials, content, and review.
Ask Questions to clear doubts: To help my students learn the materials better. I always advise them to ask questions to clarify their doubts before moving to the next topic.
Feedback is welcome: After every batch or class grad, I sent out a survey for my students to fill out. It's an excellent way for me to assess my teaching style.
Try different things: Some students learn by watching you do particular things, while others learn by theory.
Demo and Kahoot quizzes: To make my classes slightly enjoyable, I will show a live demo of Google Ads campaigns creations, videos screening, and sometimes end with Kahoot quizzes. The Kahoot quizzes generally test the class knowledge of the material covered. That way, I would know if I need to go over some of the earlier topics. It's also a great ice breaker session to get the student involved with the classroom activities.
