When did you started your Cosmetic Line XCEPTIONAL MAKEUP & BEAUTY?

I started the company six years ago, and recently, I’ve begun sharing and offering more of what XCEPTIONAL MAKEUP is truly about with the world.

Who influenced your career as Beauty advisory & entrepreneur?

I was my own influencer. I realized there was a need for change to ensure that beauty is celebrated across all skin tones, regardless of one’s complexion. I discovered that individuals with deeper or extremely light complexions often faced challenges with mainstream beauty products and services. Starting my own company allowed me to identify and bridge those gaps—so that everyone, no matter their shade, can experience the joy of feeling truly beautified.

Congratulations! On releasing your very own makeup beauty enterprise. What is the inspiration behind your Makeup beauty brand?

The inspiration behind my brand is Xceptional beauty. XM Cosmetics stems from Xceptional Makeup & Beauty, a brand dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable makeup and cosmetics for all shades of beauty. Our mission is to complement and celebrate the natural beauty in everyone which is why our slogan is: “Complimenting the natural beauty of people.”

What’s your must have fashion accessory or makeup product?

I absolutely love concealers, setting powder, brow pencils (in dark brown), eyeliner, and mascara these are my go-to everyday essentials.

As a beauty expert, do you have any personal advice to give someone that wants to start a beauty company?

Be sure to let your passion, kindness, consideration, motivation, and dedication guide you. These qualities will take you far in whatever path you choose to follow or whoever you aspire to become.

You’ve created a success empire within the beauty industry with your brand Xceptional Makeup & Beauty. What is your most memorable experience(s) as an beauty Vlogger and why?

Oh my goodness—this question always brings a tear to my eyes. My most memorable experiences have to be the moments of genuine gratitude and satisfaction from my clients. Seeing the smiles on their faces fills me with a deep sense of joy and purpose. It’s in those moments that I truly feel I’ve fulfilled the art of beauty through makeup artistry. I love giving my clients confidence—when they’re happy, I’m even happier, because it means I’ve made a meaningful difference in their lives.

Are you currently working in any major project(S) that we should watch out for this year?

Yes. Stay tuned.

What can we expect from you in the next 2 years or so?

EI am committed to establishing Xceptional Makeup & Beauty as well as XM Cosmetics in multiple countries, beginning with my hometown. I feel a strong need to give back to the community where I grew up. My goal is to educate and inspire others so they, too, can uplift and motivate each other.

My goodness, I would have to say Beatfacehoney and Donna Mee. These amazing women have inspired me to be where I am today—a true testament to the power of believing in oneself.
