Ms. Adjoa has been operating her cosmetic company for over 6 years now. Her cosmetic line XCEPTINAL MAKEUP & BEAUTY is available both for shipment worldwide. Tell us about yourself ( short background intro about who is Adjoa and your Xceptional Makeup & Beauty?

When did you started your Cosmetic Line XCEPTIONAL MAKEUP & BEAUTY?

6 years ago I started up the company. Recently started sharing and offering more of what Xceptional Makeup is about with the world.

Who influenced your career as Beauty advisory & entrepreneur?

I was my own influencer, I realised the need for change to ensure beauty is spread right across the human race despite one's complexion. I found that having deeper complexions or extreme lighter complexion was a challenge for most beauty professionals. So coming up with my own company enabled me to see and build the gaps so that everyone can get a taste of being beautified.

Congratulations! On releasing your very own makeup beauty enterprise. What is the inspiration behind your Makeup beauty brand?

The inspiration behind my brand is Xceptional beauty. XM cosmetics derives from Xceptional Makeup & Beauty which focuses on affordable quality makeup and cosmetics for all shades of beauty. Complimenting the natural beauty of people is our slogan.

What’s your must have fashion accessory or makeup product?

Absolutely love concealers, setting powder, brow pencils (Dark brown), eyeliner and mascara. These are my go-to everyday products.

As a beauty expert, do you have any personal advice to give someone that wants to start a beauty company?

Be sure to be driven by your passion, kindness, consideration, motivation, and dedication. These words will take you very far in whatever you choose to do or become.

You’ve created a success empire within the beauty industry with your brand Xceptional Makeup & Beauty. What is your most memorable experience(s) as an beauty Vlogger and why?

Oh my goodness this question always brings a tear. My memorable experiences will have to be moments of gratitude and satisfaction from my clients. Seeing smiles on their faces brings warm joy within me that makes me feel that I have fulfilled the art of beauty through makeup artistry. I love given confidence to my client when they are happy I am happier because it means I have made a difference.

Are you currently working in any major project(S) that we should watch out for this year?

Yes. Stay tuned.

What can we expect from you in the next 2 years or so?

Establishing Xceptional Makeup & Beauty as well as XM Cosmetics in multiple countries starting from where I am from. I feel the need to give back to the community where I grew up. I want to educate, inspire so they too can aspire each other.

My goodness. I would have to say Beatfacehoney and Donna Mee. These amazing women inspired me to be where I am today. A testimony of believing in oneself. Their stories are beautiful to listen to. They are amazing artists and beautiful humans.
