Let's Talk About Vision Boards: Key To Success

MANIFEST YOUR GOAL INTO REALITY

There's nothing more powerful than a written goal that's come to life because you believed in it and delivered using your skills. I am big on journaling down my ideas on paper or notebook to refer back to them later. When I rode the bus to school, I would use napkins to write down my weekly goals and trash them after. You might be like, "that's crazy; why write something you can't keep?". I write to have a clear vision of what I want by forming ideas and visual representation to remember my initial thoughts. I have a strong memory, quickly recalling things in written form.

Benefits of having VISION BOARD

There are many benefits associated with having a vision board, apart from providing a daily visual reminder of your dreams and goals. Visualization is adequate for our cognition, and the daily reminder can also inspire action. As a result, we are most likely to persist and commit to those goals.

WALK THE WALK

Having a clear vision board enables you to think and feel differently about your daily actions. Everything you do comes with the heavy intention of reaching specific life achievements or goals. You prioritize your calendar plans and takes to ensure you meet those goals. You live life with greater purpose & consists which influence behaviour.

PERSONALIZE YOUR

Remember, the vision is for you and you only. You can put anything you aspire to do or inspire by. For example, in 5 years, where do you see a living, the room colour, the size of the house. What career or business will you be running? Where would you like to travel after Covid-19 is over? How many kids do you want to have in the future? How big do you want your blog to be, or what content do you want to develop? Which celebrity or brands do you want to collaborate with them? What impact or legacy do you want to have in these worlds? You can dot down all of these and add colour elements to future pictures or one you cut from a magazine or download online. Your vision board has NO LIMITATIONS but the one you give yourself.

HOW CAN I CREATE THE VISION BOARD

Be flexible and creative with the vision board. It can be any size, share, or form as long it contains all info regarding your long-term and short-term goals. For example, you can use cork boards, pinboards, or magazine poster boards from the drugstore. You can even find cheap ones from Dollarama, Dollar Tree, Amazon, or Walmart. It does not have to be perfect but be creative!
